By completing an order you accept the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Our prices are subject to change. Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Price savings shown on the site are based on standard retail prices. See our delivery information page for details of applicable delivery charges.

2. Whilst ArcheryCrafts.com will try to ensure that prices on our website and emails are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable taxes. The price does not include any importation taxes applicable outside of the customer’s country.

3. All goods are subject to availability.

4. Any goods, services or information displayed on this website should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy a product or service on the website.

5. Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by ArcheryCrafts.com of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us. When processing your order the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks.

6. Provided you keep the goods in ‘as new’ condition, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 14 days of delivery. You must communicate such withdrawal to us within that 14-day period. If the goods are faulty or do not conform to the description, you may contact ArcheryCrafts.com within 30 days and will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund for unused items (items must be in re-saleable condition). Customers will arrange the return at their own expense. ArcheryCrafts.com reserves the right to retain the cost of delivery where goods are returned without cause. 7. ArcheryCrafts.com sale/coupon code offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Sale/coupon code offers have no cash alternatives. They apply to marked products only and may not be combined across product categories. Unless a product is faulty, customers may not return individual products purchased in a sale / coupon code combination. If a customer cancels an order for a qualifying product, the sale / coupon code offer will cease to exist.

8. ArcheryCrafts.com liability for any injury (other than death or personal injury), damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods purchased via this website, or from the transaction itself, is excluded. Any injury, damage or loss arising directly from the negligence of ArcheryCrafts.com or any of its agents will be limited to a refund of the value of the goods purchased, together with any delivery charges paid.

9. While all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your payment card details, ArcheryCrafts.com cannot be liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted and used by third parties.

10. All payments are handled by PayPal / Stripe.

11. Our product price may include a service fee. This does not affect the total you pay.

12. Pre-orders will be charged at the time of the order being placed. If you order a standard item and a pre-order item at the same time, the standard item will be dispatched as normal and the pre-order dispatched upon release.

13. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.

14. Please ensure you have provided a valid mobile/cell number so we can contact you in case of any order issues.

15. ArcheryCrafts.com reserves the right to delete any feedback they consider inappropriate to the general public.

17. Our product images are for illustrative purposes only.

18. Please be advised that orders containing multiple items may be dispatched in separate packages. Tracking information will be provided.

19. ArcheryCrafts.com may share your email address or other personal details with third-party fulfilment partners for the purpose of shipping goods ordered. We will not share your email address or personal details with other third parties. If you opt-in to receive emails from us, you also agree to us using your email address for our own remarketing purposes (see point 20).

20. ArcheryCrafts.com uses remarketing tracking cookies and email remarketing tools. This means we may continue to show ads to you when you are on certain platforms. We respect your privacy and do not collect any identifiable information through these tools, nor share your email with third parties other than for the purpose of fulfilling your order (see point 19).

21. Warranty periods are supplied by the manufacturer. ArcheryCrafts.com warranty periods vary between 15 and 30 days. If wishing to return an item outside of the warranty period, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve your issue.

22. Due to stock restrictions some products have a quantity limit.

23. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts. Only one offer will apply at the cart.

24. On sale / coupon promotions, both offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. Exclusions may apply. Offer only applies to different items added to cart. Maximum of 3 items per cart for discounts to apply. Discount will not apply if 4 or more items are in the cart.
